Fragrant Winter Shrub Collection

We’ve put together a special collection of shrubs, especially for the winter months when little else is happening in the garden. These wonderful shrubs will not only give you some much needed floral outdoor decoration, but will also enhance your outdoor space by lifting your spirits with delightful scents. Each variety has been especially chosen on its own individual merits, and as a collection they are guaranteed to add a special touch to your winter garden.

Your collection will contain the following varieties:
Chimonanthus praecox – ‘Wintersweet’ is a handsome shrub which is perfect for giving winter colour to small gardens. The small, sweetly-scented, sulphur yellow flowers are produced elegantly on bare stems through the winter.
Viburnum x bodantense ‘Dawn’ – Masses of richly perfumed blooms are produced on bare, woody stems. The dark pink flowers fade slowly to white before giving way to small, rounded, purple berries in summer.
Sarcococca confusa – An easy to grow shrub, with flowers which might be inconspicuous, and hide beneath the leathery foliage, but you won’t miss their powerful, honey-like fragrance. The flowers are followed by black berries, which stay on the plant for a long time.
